Years later, his mild-mannered son walks a path of his own. Featuring NT Rama Rao Jr in dual roles, alongside Saif Ali Khan, Janhvi Kapoor, Prakash Raj, Srikanth and Shine Tom Chacko, the film follows Devara (Rao), head of a coastal village and his rivalry with Bhaira (Khan) over smuggling. Orlando
MUBI

Shortly before the death of Elizabeth I, an innocent aristocrat, Orlando (Tilda Swinton) is promised a generous fortune by the Queen provided that he “not grow old”. He then goes on to live for centuries, first as a man, and then as a woman. Loosely based on Virgina Woolf’s classic novel ‘Orlando: A Biography’ (first published in 1928), British auteur Sally Potter’s ‘Orlando’ premiered in competition at the 1992 Venice International Film Festival, where it won the Elvira Notari prize. Starring Tilda Swinton, the film was controversial for its deviations from the novel and its subversive interpretations of history, garnering acclaim for its queer and feminist underpinnings. “Addressing contemporary concerns about gender and identity, the film is remarkably true to the spirit of Virginia Woolf, but it also skilfully adapts the original story to give it a striking, cinematic form,” reads its synopsis.

But ARCANE is just the first of many stories that we want to tell in Runeterra.”
