Shreya Chaudhry, who plays the role of Tamanna Sharma in Amazon Prime Video’s highly acclaimed Bandish Bandits, is on cloud nine. The show, a millennial love story set against the backdrop of a clash between pop and Hindustani classical music, has been lauded by the audience and critics alike. As the show’s second season concludes, Shreya reflects on her experience working on the project, her training in music, and her upcoming ventures.
For Shreya, working on Bandish Bandits was a dream come true. She tells SCREEN, ”I almost felt like a rockstar while shooting for the show.” One of the most memorable experiences for her was shooting for the song “Ghar Aa Mahi,” an integral part of the show. The cast took 18 hours to shoot the sequence, which was quite complicated.
