Aarya 3 trailer: Bloodied but unbent, Sushmita Sen goes all out to save her children. Will she be third time lucky?

After an intriguing teaser, the makers of the Sushmita Sen-starrer Disney Plus Hotstar web series, Aarya 3, unveiled its trailer. From the look of it, it seems like the viewers are in for a thrilling ride with many twists and turns in the plot. Sushmita has returned as Aarya, the fierce single mother, who can go to any length to safeguard her children.

The trailer showcases Aarya as stronger and fiercer than ever before. She is now doing everything she once hated, and is handling the opium empire, which was once owned by her father. She is doing business with the Russians who were once after her life. But, meanwhile, she has got new nemesis — the new entrants to the show, Ila Arun and Indraneil Sengupta. Now, if she will emerge out of the mess once again or will this be her end, will be known on November 3, when the show starts streaming.

While running the business as a ‘lioness’, Sushmita also brings out the softer aspect of her character, as she protects her children, friends and family, at any cost.

Based on the Spanish original ‘Penoza’, the slick crime thriller showcased the transformation of a mother (Sushmita) into a don, due to unforeseen circumstances. The first two seasons of the show got impeccable responses from critics and viewers alike. The first season was even nominated for Best Drama series at the International Emmy Awards.
